Contact

Tell us what is happening. We reply within one business day.

Most conversations start with a situation rather than a brief: a supplier that cannot hold specification, a transfer that has stalled, or a growth plan resting on capacity nobody has verified. You do not need a defined scope before getting in touch.

What happens next

  1. We read your enquiry and reply within one business day.
  2. A short call, usually around thirty minutes, to understand the situation and what is driving the timing.
  3. If we can help, you receive a written proposal setting out scope, sequence, timing and cost. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so.

Useful to include

  • Where you manufacture, and what
  • What is going wrong, or what you are trying to prevent going wrong
  • Whether volumes, locations or suppliers are about to change
  • Any deadline that is driving the timing

Please note

We are not a customs broker, freight forwarder or commission-based buying agent, so we cannot help with shipping, duty or placing orders on your behalf.
